32bit binaries version - part 1001

Yep 64bit XP versions does not start, when I have time I will investigate it .....

It is the same old compile-environment as the 32bit version

For the moment I can only say: Search for other places for 64bit XP version or use the x32 version (this one works)

My first try was failed -> compile with an older compile-environment from MAMEdev.
