Dear all, on an old PC (fitted with Windows 7) I was used to create a custom dat file (to be imported into ClrMamePro) with Dat Workshop Pro 2.2.4, filtering by "Roms only" in order to exclude CHDs. On my new PC (fitted with Windows 10) I have installed version 2.3.0 provided on Emulab site, however it doesn't work (I tried it also on another PC with Windows 7, to be sure it was not an SO issue). Have some of you kept the 2.2.4 installer and provide me a link to download it ? Thank you. |

https://www.emulab.it/rommanager/ has dat separated for MAME ROMS and CHDS. Those dats can be generated also with DFC -> www.mameguide.info |
Hello Mucci, thanks a lot, versions 2.2.4 and 2.3.0.14 work well ! Probably just DatWorkshopPro 2.3.0 has some kind of issues or unknown incompatibilities... Thank you also for "rommanager" link, very useful. |
