It's no longer in the nightly fbneo, suggesting you update.

compared both versions of kiteretsu, only two bytes differ in midst of the rom,

might have something to do with sound, don't ask me which one is better...

I found correct rom. Just apply this patch ( https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/655/ ) in current t-eng rom (crc: f668103d). Or, apply centered-camera's patch in original rom then apply t-eng patch mentioned here: https://www.romhacking.net/translations/1995/
