How to: download entire directory

Hi, I wish to know how to download entire direcotory 

/downloads/mame/mame-0223-full/

because I don't want to download any file one by one...

BUY A RETROROMS MAX FILES SUBSCRIPTION !

use a download manager such as GETRIGHT/JDOWNLOADER 2
tell it your username and password
MAX download of files : 1 at a time (This won't trigger the kickbot!)
copy the bda's URL and paste into the download manager
SORT roms by SIZE
Smallest at top

Reason for this,  most roms are small, get the main bulk out of the way then download the BIG files /CHD/Laserdisk CHD's

The BEST Method IS to buy a Maximum Subscription. The lower subs allow download of more files, but are NOT unlimited !

With the above comment about MERGED Sets, if your new to mame, this can be a problem when you update the version as the roms inside the merged sets need rebuilding to add the new rom images/redumps etc...
I would suggest sticking here with Retroroms as all the roms are up to date, and you know exactly what you are getting !

Example : try to find ATARISY1.zip that works with current release version of MAME...
Your gonna be looking at old dumps everywhere online, not compatible with latest version...
Most site don't even bother telling you what version of MAME the files were originally for !
