Well, I guess nobody responded here. Looks like the Viper games has started making improvements in MAME.

There isn´t currently a separate arcade emulator for the Konami Viper hardware. I would apprechiate the development of an emulator beside of mame. There´re really interesting games like GTI Club 2 / Driving Party or Code 1 Dispatch.

I can recommend the Psxc emulator for Konami Python which can be emulated easier because this arcade hardware was similar developed to the PS2 hardware.
