Looking for 3DS Decryptor in Exe format

Looking for a 3ds decryptor script (3ds Encrypt v4 : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive) but in .exe format.

Here you go (see attached).

Once extracted place your ROM in the same folder as the files.

Then run the 3DS Decrypt bat file.

The bat runs the 3ds_decrypt_v3.exe
