Neo-Geo BIOS for MAME 2003 Plus?

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know where I can find neogeo.zip, specifically for MAME 2003 Plus (MAME 2003+ / mame2003_plus)?

I am missing:

missing BIOS rom: sfix.sfx [size: 131072] [CRC32: 354029fc] [SHA1: 4ae4bf23b4c2acff875775d4cbff5583893ce2a1]

The neogeo.zip on this site does not contain these files.
