The file you are interested in is NOT part of MAME.

Thanks for the answer, Simon...but when you pass the audit, MAME32 say "sys1121: Romset NOT FOUND"

The roms used by sys1121 are all part of the device mvme120, so there's no roms left over for sys1121. That's why you have no romset.

How you know about this file resolve this problem?

I were looking for information about this file in adb.arcadeitalia.net (Arcade Database) and I don't saw anything about this

don't worry about it, your MAME is now working.

The command "mame -listroms sys1121" shows the roms from which romset you need.

MameUI shows the missing roms and romset when you try to start sys1121 without having the mvme120 romset.
