TOSEC sooner

It would be nice if we could collaborate some more with these large upcoming dats to save some time-consuming tasks later.
I have sorted a couple of TOSEC WIP’s from their discord-channel, for MAIN only. Got stuck hunting down the last bits. I will upload what I have if there is any interest.

Shareing the fully updated WIP DAT's released thus far for MAIN. Rescanned the full set in TOSEC-v2024-05-18 to make new DAT's with the updated files only (TOSEC_WIP_Dats_2024-08-23_update_only.7z), to save time and space if you already have the full set.

Yes SimonF. This is a work in progress with this fine community and maybe with your help, if you can contribute. What surprises me are that some files you were missing was removed in TOSEC 2024-05-17, and now readded.
With this third fix I'm missing 445 files.
I will probably take a break until the next WIP, but please fill in what all of you can find out there!
