Login many times, only one success, but still not downloading

what's happening?

what going on around here why the downloads are jacked up ? nothing is working .....

Is downloading rom zip files down because im not getting any list when i click on the download at the top of the site. "Host is not responding" message. Is retro roms not allowing downloads??

The download starts but then stops immediately :(

even with wget, from the 98best44.zip file below, it does not accept login (not even manually from the browser)
